For Username please use the format Initial+Surname eg JBloggs, JSmith. Abbreviate if necessary (eg double barrelled names). Please note that he-net is for housing enablers and we need to be able to verify that you are a practitioner from the information supplied.  (People supplying email addresses of local authoriites and other governmental bodies will be deemed to qualify automatically).

If someone else is the lead member for your organisation we suggest you put "As for xxxxx" in the address field, where xxxxx refers to your lead member. Thanks.
